Get your chestnuts roasting and your Mariah Carey “All I want for Christmas” roaring, it’s the holidays y’all!! Although I don’t celebrate Christmas, I can’t help but get involved in the holiday cheer. This year, to start off the merry jubilee, I decided to take a crack at making the traditional “Ugly” Xmas sweater. Yes you can buy these at a store but it’s not the same as doing your own DIY version, I say. It’s more rewarding and you’ll have a one of kind sweater that didn’t cost you upwards of $60, which some of these sweaters sell for. Especially since you’ll probably only wear it once. All the supplies to make this sweater can find be found at your local craft store or even your own home.
Here’s the supplies you’ll need:
1. A sweater (take it from your closet) -FREE
2. Felt Sticker Square – $.99
3. Green Garland – $1.00
4. Ribbon – $1.00
5. Mini Balls – $2.99
6. Star pendant – $1.00
7. Glue Gun – $2.79
